The Opportunity

As our Global Accounts Director, you'll be a vital and strategic member of the global revenue team.  You'll target strategic prospects and execute a complex, solution-based consultative sales process encompassing multiple groups within Global Accounts to win them as UserTesting customers. This is a named account sales position, focused on selling to large companies and clients. 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting high-potential departments within Global Accounts
  • Articulate and demonstrate UserTesting’s unique business and technical value
  • Execute end-to-end sales activities, including lead follow up, opportunity qualification, sales process, subscriber acquisition, and retention
  • Lead cross-functional teams (business development, solutions consultant, client success, etc,) to guide overall account strategy as well as drive platform adoption and utilization
  • Proactively develop proposals that justify the expanded use of UserTesting throughout the enterprise
  • Effectively forecast sales opportunities, while tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success
  • Track all relevant sales activity using the company's CRM platform (SFDC)

 

What we're looking for

  • You'll be a proven, successful and driven sales person with experience selling a complex SaaS solution into complex organisations
  • You'll have experience of selling to senior-level stakeholders (Eg, VPs, SVPs and C-Suite)
  • You'll be able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • You'll function independently, as well as collaboratively and will be familiar with working with various internal stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • You'll demonstrate UserTesting’s values through your work product and within day to day team interactions
