The Sr. Manager, Physical Security is a critical leader, spearheading the protection of our facilities, executives, and the sensitive information we handle. • Crisis Management Leadership: Lead crisis management planning, develop scenario-based simulations, and oversee crisis response efforts to protect personnel and assets.
• Guard Operations Enhancement: Optimize guard operations through technology adoption, champion best practices, and collaborate with law enforcement during major security incidents.
• Investigative Excellence: Oversee investigations of security incidents, collaborate with external agencies, and champion the development of advanced investigative techniques.
• Champion Change: Lead change initiatives related to physical security, guide teams through transitions, and proactively address potential resistance.
