We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented HRIS Coordinator to join our Talent Team. The HRIS Coordinator provides functional and process support of company systems. As a vital member of the Talent discipline, the HRIS Coordinator will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining systems, reporting, and HR support functions.  This position requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HR systems and processes.

You will:

  • Support the integrity of HR systems; provide basic reporting assessments to inform goals and strategies related to employee programs and initiatives
  • Generate necessary queries and serve as the liaison to end users of systems to provide accurate and timely data reports
  • Maintain data integrity of systems to ensure data is accurate through data entry, audits, and data validation
  • Provide support in the design and maintenance of systems and procedures to ensure the validity of data across systems
  • Assist with analytical reporting related to the employee experience
  • Contribute to people analytics initiatives
  • Facilitate employee data mapping and maintenance of Performance management tool
  • Support management of HR operational workflow tool
  • Support the creating of career pathing materials as needed in collaboration with People Strategy and Global HR team
  • Manage people data request queue in partnership with HRIS manager

 

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a range of HR processes and applications
  • Proficient level knowledge of Culture Amp, Reach/SuccessFactors, Halo, ADP, Jira, Greenhouse, Udemy for Business
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and all other Microsoft applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
