Your role and your team: 

We are looking for an Intern to join our Production Academy where we create and deliver training relating to technical certification.  Our intern will report to the Academy & Operations Manager and be a part of the wider Production Team, supporting the specification of training material as well as overseeing the design and procurement of training from external suppliers .

This is a great opportunity to interact with diverse teams including experienced technicians, manufacturing engineers and our supply chain team.  You will get involved with managing the overall training plan, rolling out new training and making sure peoples' qualifications are documented. 

About you:

We are looking for a confident communicator with great organisational skills who can interact with different groups in person, and, with support, put together wide ranging training material.  An Engineering/Informatics/Management student or equivalent with an excellent academic track record combined with and past internships involving learning / training delivery.  

A high level of self-reliance is required, so you can work independently and use your strong self motivation to get things done.   

You must be fluent in English.  German language skills are a bonus.   You need to be available for a minimum of 6 months full time
