Overview:

As Manager, Business Systems of Billing and Revenue, you will help maintain back-office financial systems – Zuora and RevPro. You are a proactive self-starter capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects independently, and achieving strategic as soon as onboard. Beyond maintaining the above systems, your responsibilities will extend to systems integration and any other projects that come along, reporting to our Assoc. Director of Business Systems. 

You will: 

  • Design and deliver targeted training programs and documentation to enhance user competency and confidence in using existing systems. 
  • Oversee finance-related systems implementation and administration, ensuring adherence to SOX ITGC. Work closely with IA/BDO with any requests for systems controls. 
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams. 
  • Manage all functions related to supporting the monthly close and day-to-day technical administration of Billing and Revenue systems.   
  • Collaborate and translate business requirements into technical, system capability requests to improve and expand existing and future financial systems. 

You have:

  • 6-8+ years of increasing responsibility regarding any applicable professional experience of Zuora Billing and Revenue.  
  • SFDC Sales Could, Revenue Cloud, SAP, Netsuite or other ERP experience is a plus.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining system documentation and audit reviews. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT or equivalent degree. 
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and Information Technology practices and methods.  
  • High motivation: Communication effectively both orally and in writing; be self-starter, with initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision using sound business judgment. 
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate proficiency in performing a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities, and accepting new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments. 
  • Willingness and ability to learn new concepts, processes, and systems with a positive attitude.
