We are looking for a Managing Director to drive our key business area, Zecure Gaming.

Responsibilities

You will have P&L responsibility of our markets, including 360-degree ownership across lifecycle management, marketing strategy, and product roadmaps. Your primary focus is to grow revenue within the territories that Zecure operates, in a responsible and sustainable way.

Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Commercial lead focused on growing Betsson brands in multiple markets.
  • Build & maintain high performing teams.
  • Develop and implement local strategy and market plans. Responsible for local budget. Review and approve quarterly local market and CRM plans in co-operation with the Central teams
  • Accountable for customer life cycle from acquisition to retention
  • Drive brand awareness through a mix of onsite and offsite marketing channels closely following any market trends
  • Responsible to overview, flag and improve the customer’s experience and journeys
  • Optimise daily operations to improve quarterly performance and meet annual revenue targets
  • Responsible in making sure that all executions are compliant in their market.
  • Follow closely the competition and industry/market trends

 

Requirements

As an individual you are highly results oriented with the ability to manage vertically and laterally in a complex organisation. You have excellent people skills, are an accomplished leader and an expert in the field of iGaming.

 

  • Senior iGaming professional with a proven track record of leading high performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen and previous P&L experience.
  • Experience managing or Senior management in Marketing functions.
  • Data driven and KPI driven.
  • In depth understanding of Customer Lifetime cycle and value
  • Experience working closely with Product owners
  • Hands-on approach, with an ability to motivate.
