✅The Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our international payroll operations from our Mumbai office. ✅Responsibilities and Duties

 

International Payroll Management:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple geographies, including the US, UK, Europe, and India.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions in compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across regions to gather and validate payroll data.
  • Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.

 

 Team Leadership: 

  • Manage a team of 3 to 5 payroll professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment within the payroll team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure team members are well-trained and informed.

 

 Global Compliance: 

  • Stay up-to-date with payroll tax laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements in each geography.
  • Ensure all payroll processes adhere to international and local regulations and industry best practices.

 

  Payroll Systems and Technology:

  • Collaborate with IT support to troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics and payroll systems, including Workday, ADP, and other relevant software, for efficient payroll processing and reporting.

 

  Data Analytics and Technology: 

  • Leverage data analytics tools and technology to optimize payroll processes, improve accuracy, and provide meaningful insights.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance payroll operations.

   

 

  • Reporting and Audits:
    • Generate and review payroll reports for management and regulatory authorities, as needed.
    • Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

       

     

  • Global Perspective:
    • Contribute to the company's global perspective by aligning international payroll practices with the organization's global objectives.
    • Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance across regions.

      

    ✅Essential

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in payroll, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong expertise in USA & international payroll processes and regulations, including knowledge of UK, European, and Indian payroll laws.
    • Proficiency in payroll software such as Workday and ADP.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • HR and Payroll certifications (e.g., CPP, FPC) would be a plus.
