This is an onsite role in our Boston, MA Office.At Wayfair Supplier Inventory Management, we partner with thousands of suppliers to maximize customers’ experience. This means driving speed and availability through supplier inventory and positioning strategies, leveraging both Wayfair’s fulfillment services (CastleGate) as well as suppliers’ existing supply chains. This specific role sits at the intersection of our Inventory Management and Physical Retail businesses, with a specific eye to how we can best leverage CastleGate and our suppliers’ networks to grow our physical retail footprint. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is comfortable operating in a fast paced and ambiguous environment to build and scale tools to support this space.

What You'll Do

• Establish, optimize, and scale the tools and systems necessary to support Wayfair’s growing physical retail presence
• Enable cross-functional partners to deliver on their agenda by supporting them with the required tools and reporting
• Drive the discovery, integration, and troubleshooting of tools to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow across all operations
• Build strong relationships with internal business and technical stakeholders, influencing both with informal and formal authority to drive progress against curated availability KPIs

What You'll Need

• Success in building relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach; deep experience with analytics and translating data into actionable insights to identify opportunities
• 3+ years of ecommerce, corporate retail, or management consulting experience, preferred
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt with agility
• High degree of resilience, collaborative persistence and curiosity
• Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
• An ability to hit the ground running – a confident, entrepreneurial self-starter
• An ability to manage and prioritize projects and to delegate tasks appropriately
• Innovative problem-solving skills – dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions. 
• Experience with data analysis and visualization - GBQ, Looker, Excel
