This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of an organization with an outstanding product, operation and culture. We are seeking an experienced AIOps seller who has sold extensively at the enterprise level to work closely with customers/prospects, functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts, driving the AIOps solution business. This is an overlay sales position, acting primarily as a quota-carrying solution seller, while also assisting as a strategic liaison to marketing, product and customer success teams to help maximize success of newly launched AIOps products.

Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

  • Meet and exceed AIOps pipeline and revenue targets with overlay responsibility
    • Close both net new accounts and grow existing accounts
  • Act as an AIOps domain expert and strategist in specialist-selling activities, both externally at clients and internally with LM sales teams
  • Effectively convey the unique value, capabilities, and differentiators of LM's AIOps-related products 
  • Work with a cross-functional team (including product management, product marketing, and others) to shape the go-to-market motion for AIOps related products and their connection to the LM Envision Platform.
  • Support pipeline generation teams, ensuring their understanding of competitive positioning of AIOps related products within customer organizations and against other vendors
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to develop account strategies that address customers' specific needs
  • Support Sales Specialist leadership 
  • Act as an extension of the Product Management team by delivering the solution roadmap, capturing client feedback, and identifying changes in the market and competitive landscape
  • Work with Product Marketing to as a subject expert for creating collateral and generating campaigns that drive demand
  • Act as an ambassador at major customer and industry events
  • Continuously stay abreast of the latest trends in AIOps computing and impact to organizations

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or similar field, or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years Solution selling or specialist-selling experience 
  • 10+ years in a customer-facing B2B sales role
  • AIOps, observability and monitoring domain expertise, with focus on Cloud
  • Selling-systems expertise with an emphasis on Salesforce and other Go-To-Market focused tools
  • Ability to simply articulate complex technologies
  • Proven track record of growing the business and exceeding sales targets

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$150,000—$175,000 USD
