Senior Producer, Contract

This person will lead productions from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day to day management of these productions.  Candidates must be team players, thrive under pressure and lead by example to motivate their teams and provide a positive presence. 

Experience leading productions in traditional live action, photography shoots, experiential and event production are key. This role will be predominantly working in traditional production, however experience in digital builds and an interest in production at scale and/or creative automation tools would be a bonus.

 

You Will:

  • Define production scope for live action/traditional production approach based on creative concepts and recommend production approach including:
    • Budget, timeline, resource assumptions
    • Production and post-production partner recommendations including Director search
    • Outline internal production solution options and recommend as available
  • Support the EP in providing traffic and production management oversights.
  • Recommends talent, negotiates and hires contract crew/vendors
  • Interfaces with account teams and clients to help to ensure vision and timing alignment
  • Facilities and oversees tipple bid procedures per client procurement policy.
  • Collaborates with project producers to ensure group is meeting timelines and budget expectations
  • Direct and supervise all contracted production services and logistics as well as develop and maintain vendor relationships by providing accurate specifications to obtain cost effective estimates
  • Oversees production specific terms and conditions, including rights-managed assets, and ensures contractual agreements are in place.
  • Ensures production compliance and best-practice processes are adhered

 

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5+ years of producer experience held at a major agency and/or digital agency
  • Previous Production Management and/or a combination of Project and Client Management experience
  • Knowledge of various creative stages, understanding of creative workflow and interactive production
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Effective communication skills
