About the job

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Product Team and be part of one of the most successful insurtech-startups in Germany selling our services across Europe and Japan. 

Key Responsibilities

• Be the product lead of crucial international projects having direct impact and external stakeholder communication - E2E responsibility of features negotiations, effort and feasibility estimation, implementation, delivery and maintenance
• Contribute to definition, development and delivery of product roadmaps
• Identify product improvements and new opportunities
• Prioritize the backlog and engage directly with the Engineering, Design, and Sales teams
• Analyze and scope product requirements based on internal and external stakeholders´ needs
• Work on end-to-end features - from backend-process requirements to user-facing web application interfaces

Bring to the Team

• The professional experience of being in a similar position (Technical Product Management and System Design) for a minimum of 3 years
• Experience of running projects with external stakeholders
• Good understanding of web technologies and applications
• Ability to think in terms of technical processes and data-structures as well as user experience flows
• Being process-oriented, structured with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing and reviewing user stories
• Experience with the most commonly used tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io
• Business fluency in English, German is a plus
