This is a hybrid opportunity. Candidates are asked to report to our Fort Mill, SC office, 4x per week, Monday through Thursday and work remotely on Friday. 

The Allconnect Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting utility partnerships and ensuring the smooth execution of account initiatives. This position is responsible for managing partner incentive programs, conducting training, coordinating promotional and reward programs, analyzing data to highlight performance trends, and maintaining key databases. The Account Coordinator will collaborate closely with both utility partners and internal teams, providing on-site support as needed and acting as a backup to the Account Management team. This role is designed to be a training position with a growth path into a full Account Management role, with opportunities to assume responsibility for managing an account.Key Responsibilities
  • Utility Partner Incentives: Manage all aspects of incentive programs, including ordering, tracking, and fulfillment of promotional and reward items.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions with utility partners on the Allconnect program to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update program databases, including partner contact lists, program overviews, year-to-date volume tracking, and other performance data.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify and call out performance highlights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • On-Site Support: Travel as needed to provide utility partners with on-site program and event support.
  • Business Development: Assist in business development initiatives and support opportunities for growth with utility partners.
  • Backup Support: Act as backup to the Account Management team with a working knowledge of all KPIs and performance measures.
  • Event Planning: Support event coordination and execution tied to utility incentive programs and partner engagement.
  • Account Plan Execution: Assist with execution of assigned utility account plans with oversight and in alignment with the Account Manager, with the goal of meeting or exceeding account performance goals.
  • Reporting: Send performance and incentive reporting to utility partners and internal recipients as needed.
  • Special Projects: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of an organization.
  • Solid marketing acumen to support incentive and promotional campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate performance insights clearly.
  • Strong Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and database management.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in account coordination, marketing, or client support roles.
  • Familiarity with incentive programs, training, and partner engagement.
  • Background in utilities, telecom, or related industries is a plus.

Compensation: 

  • Cash Compensation Range: $24.04 - $28.85/hr*

*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience
