Your purpose at KertosAs one of our first French-speaking Account Executives, you will be a key member of our Growth Team and an ambassador for our mission to establish Europe's leading SaaS solution for fully automated compliance. Last year, we achieved 4x growth and are now on our way to becoming the leading compliance platform in Europe – and we need you to help us get there! You will help shape our go-to-market strategy mainly for the french speaking market, build a strong sales pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Together with the team, you will push our revenue growth to the next level.Your responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from initial contact with qualified leads (SQLs & MQLs) to discovery calls, product demos and closing.
- Use effective outbound strategies to win new leads and maintain a consistently full pipeline.
- Identify the needs of potential new customers in discovery and demo calls and show them how our solutions can help them overcome their challenges.
- Close deals independently and boost our revenue to achieve your sales targets.
- Track your sales activities in Hubspot to ensure accurate sales reporting at all times.
- You have already worked in a full-closing role in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in a start-up or scale-up environment with a focus on SMB customers
- Your track record as an AE speaks for itself; your skills in lead generation through targeted outbound activities and effective deal management set you apart
- You have worked with qualification frameworks such as SPIN, SPICED, MEDDPIC or BANT and can perform a clean qualification from SQL to SAL and reflect this in deal reviews
- With your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you effortlessly build trusting relationships with decision-makers
- Your entrepreneurial thinking is characterised by creativity and the constant search for new business opportunities
- You drive hands-on initiatives independently, but at the same time greatly value collaboration with your team
