Role: Account Executive 

Location: Hybrid / Chiswick, London, United Kingdom (on-site x2 days per week)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Executive will sit within our Accounts Service team.

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...

  • You are an advocate for promoting positive sustainable behaviours and able to put a sustainability lens on the strategic and creative process.
  • You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager (with dotted line to Account Director).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • You will oversee process, gather assets, support, and lead projects.
  • Manage the flow of projects through their various stages, creating timelines, schedules, resource planning, managing costs/budgets.
  • Supporting the accounts team with day-to-day tasks, including general admin where required.
  • Set up, manage and report on projects within our Creative & Design Studio (training will be provided).

Take-over the complete management of the day to day: 

  • Best practice.
  • Managing resource.
  • Remain calm under the thrash + juggle multiple campaigns at a time.
  • Being responsive to clients/management demands.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Ideally 1yr experience in an agency environment.
  • Strong character; able to accommodate/push back, be firm but fair.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of projects through all the various stages.
  • Be data orientated.
  • You will be ambitious to progress quickly.
  • You will be highly organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, strong admin skills.
  • Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities; multi-tasking is a must!
  • Ideally Digital/Social experience
  • Ensuring your team and clients are happy and supported at all times.
  • Implementing and managing process.
  • Building relationships with key colleagues at OLIVER HUB + client teams.
