Account Manager (Australian Market)
Compensation package: $100,000 basic + Superannuation (On Target Earnings $120,000)
Office location: Brisbane CBD, Edward Street
Working hours: 8.45am - 5.15pm (Monday - Friday)
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of 400–500 business clients, a mix of loyal long-term partners and new accounts referred by our dedicated sales team. Working closely with our in-house creative and engineering teams, you’ll coordinate the delivery of top-tier audio and media productions, all while consulting proactively on your clients’ evolving marketing and telephony needs.
This is a relationship-first role, perfect for someone who’s naturally people-focused, builds rapport easily over the phone, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed. You’ll be a strategic partner to your clients, understanding their objectives, guiding them with insight, and offering innovative marketing solutions that align with their goals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients, becoming a trusted extension of their business
- Leverage deep product and industry knowledge to offer expert commercial, technical and creative advice
- Collaborate across teams to manage end-to-end production and audio projects, delivering a high-quality client experience
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support your clients’ broader marketing ambitions
- Use a structured contact model to ensure regular, tailored communication with your clients
- Monitor client health, track key metrics, and use data to make informed decisions and strategic plans
- Actively invest in your own professional development, seeking feedback and guidance to continually improve
Experience Required:
- Strong experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
- Proven ability to juggle a high-volume account base while staying organised and responsive
- Outstanding communication skills, written, verbal, and over the phone
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to lead conversations and make strategic recommendations
- A team player attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
