YOUR MISSION

As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner for a diverse portfolio of our key accounts. You'll be the driving force behind their growth on our platform, building strong relationships and crafting strategies that lead to mutual success. You'll work closely with everyone from beloved local gems to major brands, helping them boost their visibility, drive order growth, and achieve their business goals within our ecosystem.

THE JOURNEY

  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture excellent relationships with our partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and ensuring high engagement (e.g., partner meetings, business reviews).
  • Drive Performance: Evaluate, track, and report on your portfolio's KPIs. Take data-driven actions to smash your goals and contribute to company OKRs.
  • Strategize for Growth: Design and execute tailored growth plans for your partners by negotiating promotions, creating marketing activations, and optimizing their in-app performance (e.g., top-selling items, average order value, conversion rate).
  • Boost Visibility: Optimize our partners' presence on the platform through strategic marketing actions, merchandising, and other visibility tools.
  • Retain & Reactivate: Understand the reasons behind partner churn and inactivity, and build effective action plans to win them back.

 WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 1 - 3 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments 
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-performance, and fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
  • Good project management skills; you are highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A problem-solver attitude, with a data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Proficiency in French & English is a must.
