ROLE MISSION
We are a global advertising agency specialized in building and running dedicated ("in-house") creative teams for our clients. We are passionate about crafting compelling campaigns and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Join our dynamic creative team in Cologne and help us ensure the seamless delivery of project (digital/print/social) for our client - one of the largest alcoholic beverage companies in the world.
This global leader in wine and spirits will be one of the biggest accounts in OLIVER with 12 hubs internationally and more than 100 team members globally. The work produced will be published across a range of media in all the markets serviced by the hub.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Working in partnership with our client, the Account / Project Manager will lead projects from concept to completion, providing the direction and control required to do this. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, the Project Manager is the key communicator on the status, risks and challenges of all the project deliverables, inclusive of budget and resource.
Day to day tasks:
- Managing projects from beginning to end with clear communication on a regular basis on milestones, targets, goals and deadlines
- Planning digital projects from the initial stages through to final delivery
- Acting as the lead contact for clients during projects
- Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement;
- Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
- Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met by all parties involved
- Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- Exceptional project management skills to be the product owner working with the clients
- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation of the project plan and execution with stakeholders, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines and closure of the project
- The ability to develop and put forward the best process in tackling data gathering and storing
- The ability to host clear, efficient and productive project meetings for differing stages of the project from kick off, discovery and so on, using a project methodology
- Fluency in German and English
