YOUR IMPACT

Our Accounting Team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining rand support audits.

  • Share your insights! Take charge of monthly and annual reporting activities by analyzing financial data, identifying variances, and turning numbers into meaningful insights. Your ability to interpret trends and summarize key findings will directly support decision-making.
  • Grow stronger together! Work closely with locally based accountants, ensuring smooth coordination of daily tasks—especially in accounts receivable—while maintaining accuracy and timeliness across all processes.
  • Knowledge is key! Collaborate with local tax advisors on payroll accounting, VAT topics, and ensure compliance with country-specific tax regulations and requirements.

THIS IS YOU

To succeed in this role, you should:  

  • Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally including responsibility for foreign subsidiaries. 
  • Be confident in preparing and managing monthly and annual financial reporting, with strong analytical skills and a reliable sense for deadlines. 
  • Demonstrate a hands-on mentality combined with an independent, structured, and reliable way of working. 
  • Have strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, with the drive to move things forward and contribute to the company’s growth. 
  • Be fluent in English and Italian (C1 or higher), both written and spoken
  • Be motivated to work in an international environment, enjoy collaborating across cultures, and be ready to take your career to the next level with a comprehensive onboarding experience.  

Nice to have: 

  • Ideally, bring experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) and possess a solid basic understanding of IFRS. 
  • Additional language skills (e.g.,Danish)
  • Experience working in an international environment
