Accounts Payable Analyst 

Fastly is looking for an experienced, energetic and service-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst who is passionate about the details to support our growing organization. Reporting to the Manager of Accounts Payable, this position will support Fastly’s procure to pay operating procedures, process invoices and reconcile vendor statements. What You'll Do:

• High volume invoice processing with accuracy and attention to detail; including receiving invoices, matching to purchase orders, coding, and entering invoices into Coupa
• Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices
• Communicate with vendors and internal business partners to meet invoice processing requirements, including resolving invoice approval rejections
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Continually seek ways to improve process efficiencies
• Support PTP projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For: 

• 3+ years of professional accounts payable experience
• Coupa, NetSuite, and G-Suite experience preferred
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with organizational and time management skills
• Highly motivated, collaborative, hard-working, and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Public company experience
• Passionate about improvement and receptive to feedback
• Positivity! We love what we do and believe that a positive attitude matters

We’ll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these: 

• Global invoice processing with knowledge of VAT, GST and local tax withholdings
• T&E experience (specifically with Navan)

Work Hours:

• This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $77,720 to $93,264.

Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity and discretionary bonus programs.
