  • Evangelize and articulate complex ad tech ideas to resolve customer problems and enhance product offerings
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams, design, sales, and marketing teams to translate technical specifications into market-ready products
  • Communicate product updates, roadmap, and key milestones to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in
  • Document product functionality
  • Collaborate with marketing to effectively launch new services, features and enhancements
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training for internal teams and clients, enhancing understanding and implementation of ad tech solutions
  • Validate and improve product over time through measurement and experimentation
  • Monitor and integrate industry best practices and technological advancements into the product roadmap
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external publisher clients

You Bring

  • Proven experience in ad tech, with a strong background in product management or a similar role within the advertising technology industry
  • Expert knowledge of advertising technology frameworks, targeted advertising, and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience within the IAB Tech Lab or similar regulatory bodies is highly desirable
  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
  • Solid understanding of frameworks & standards: TCF, OpenRTB, GPP, VAST, PrebidJs
  • Ability to review/debug customer adtech stack implementations using commonly used tools (Javascript, developer console, Google Publisher Console,...)
  • Knowledge of ad server, DSP and/or SSP systems (i.e. Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager, TTD, Active Agent,...)
  • Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and collaborative skills to lead a change in direction when needed
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
  • Open to travel to join industry events
