We're launching a new affiliate marketing program and are seeking a strategic, hands-on Affiliate  & Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead it from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale an affiliate function that supports our global growth.​

 

What You'll Do
  • Build the Foundation: Design and implement the affiliate marketing infrastructure, including selecting platforms, establishing tracking systems, and developing workflows.​
  • Develop Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with Yotpo's business objectives.​
  • Recruit Affiliates: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners to drive customer acquisition.​
  • Handle Influencer Partnerships: Manage influencer collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and providing constructive feedback.​
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, business development, legal, finance, product, and development teams to ensure seamless program integration.​
  • Manage Content: Oversee the creation and distribution of affiliate marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.​
  • Monitor Performance: Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and revenue generated, optimizing for ROI and growth.​
  • Payment Management: Coordinate the timely and accurate payment of affiliate commissions, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the payment process.​
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to legal and ethical standards in all affiliate marketing activities.​
Who you are: 
  • Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS or eCommerce.​
  • Proven Results: Demonstrated success in building and scaling affiliate programs with measurable outcomes.​
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and align with company goals.​
  • Independent Operator: Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously to achieve objectives.​
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.​
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.​
  • Collaborative: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.​
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting affiliate performance data, identifying trends, drawing insights, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth.​
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain affiliate relationships.​
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices.
