YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Analyst for Partner Ads to help us grow our Brands. Are you up for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing startups in Europe? 

As a Partner Advertising Analyst, you will enable data-driven decision-making by analyzing and visualizing data from our partners to support their investment and growth. Your work will influence advertisers and colleagues as part of the Ads Team at Glovo Spain. 

  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to define the business KPIs for strategy , revenue development, and give visibility of business metrics and KPIs.
  • Translate business questions and hypotheses into analysis and actionable insights for sales optimisation 
  • Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
  • Develop and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly dynamic forecasts of expected revenue results, variances and budget comparisons.
  • Develop and maintain the key data funnels of the Partners ads vertical (i.e. sales , penetration, retention) setting up and support dashboards.  
  • Deliver growth and profitability models to plan and size business initiatives and investment areas. 
  • Grow Advertising revenue & maximize profitability by identifying actions, that encourage higher sale values, volumes, conversion rates, margin rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive clarity and solve ambiguous, challenging business problems using data-driven approaches
  • Own the reporting structure for the commercial team, ensuring our team is both data driven and aligned.

You have

  • 2-4 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in commercial facing teams
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising measurement ecosystem 
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation is a must, but even more important is the ability to find the compelling headline within the data and be able to tell that story
  • Strong SQL skills, able to extract, manipulate, transform and analysis large sets of data with high level of accuracy. 
  • A passion for creating informative visualizations and presentations to communicate results to all levels of the company.
  • Excellent communication, visualization & storytelling with data skills, to both technical and business audiences
  • An analytical mind, obsession over the details, and the joy of solving problems
  • Results oriented and ready to make an impact on the organization
  • Work as a collaborative, decisive partner and liaison across all parties including clients, vendors, colleagues, and operations.
  • You will balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring near-term and short-term deadlines are met. 

Nice to have

  • Experience working with platform or high tech companies or media agencies or advertising agencies/advertisers or marketing research organization is a plus
  • Experience in Google Adwords, Meta Advertising, Amazon Ads, Trade Desk, Adsmovil or ad tech platforms.
  • Proficiency in Looker is a huge plus
