Analyst/Senior Analyst - Portfolio Management

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a candidate to join the Private Debt Portfolio and Risk Management team in the Zurich office. Main job functions and requirements are outlined below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Management of Private Debt portfolios that are invested across a variety of Private Debt strategies
- Understanding the underlying investments that are done via primaries, secondaries and co-investments
- Joining client calls and meetings in which portfolio updates are presented
- Support the senior team members in their day-to-day activities
- Perform various tasks related to portfolio management, portfolio monitoring, market research and internal requests
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Sc. degree in Finance, Economics or Quantitative disciplines
- Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA, etc.) are desirable, but not a requirement
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Ideal candidate would have prior exposure to private markets, either through investment-related or portfolio management-related activities
- Capability to work well with numbers and large amounts of data
- Ability to grasp complex concepts and present them in a clear way
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach towards resolving problems
