Now, we are looking for a App Success Intern/Working Student (f/m/d) to join our Platform team in Munich!

Apaleo Store is a portal fully dedicated to digital transformation in hospitality and hotel tech where hotels and other stakeholders can navigate through new innovative solutions and help them build perfect tech stack for their businesses. We are looking for someone to help us manage integration partners and their representation in the store.

At Apaleo we value ownership, communication and trust, and we are looking for a well-organized and motivated candidate who can support our Platform Success team by supporting our integration partners, managing and maintaining CRM systems, and designing engaging activities.

Your mission:

  • Support and manage CRM data, making sure partner information is up to date
  • Support our tech partners with engaging content creation (Store listings, integration demo videos etc)
  • Help out support team to solve integration related issues by reaching out to integration partners and diving into integration specifics
  • Brainstorm new initiatives related to the Apaleo Store and the Platform in general
  • Run your own personal projects
  • Meet up and engage with integration partners

You would be perfect for this role if you have/are:

  • Currently studying/finishing your studies in Hospitality, Business Administration or similar
  • Curious to understand how complex things work
  • You are independent and proactive in the way you work and learn
  • You have an eye for detail
  • You enjoy interacting with external and internal stakeholders
  • Skilled in CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar)
  • Passionate about Hospitality technology
  • 1 year of work experience in hotels or hospitality-related products

  • The salary level for this role is 1000€ gross monthly for an intern and 13€ gross for a working student with 20 hours per week plus refund for Deutschlandticket
