- Package, test, and deploy applications securely using MSI, MSIX, App-V.
- Use tools like InstallShield, ORCA, and Picture Taker for advanced packaging.
- Develop automation scripts in PowerShell/VBScript to streamline packaging and testing.
- Conduct compatibility testing, troubleshoot conflicts, and ensure performance.
- Maintain clear documentation of procedures and standards.
- Administer SCCM & Intune environments for delivery, patching, updates, and compliance.
- Design and manage Autopilot profiles, MDM enrolments, app protection, and security policies.
- Monitor patch lifecycle proactively, ensuring zero missed critical updates.
- Integrate automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Manage Active Directory, WSUS, and endpoint configurations.
- Lead vulnerability scanning, remediation, and reporting for applications.
- Ensure systems meet corporate and regulatory patching/security baselines.
- Coordinate with InfoSec to validate remediation and reduce risk exposure.
- Track vulnerabilities, prioritise by risk/impact, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Surface trends and drive continuous improvement in security posture.
- Own issues end-to-end across packaging, deployment, and vulnerability resolution.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, especially UK-based clients.
- Contribute to knowledge bases and AI-driven self-service workflows.
- Improve SLAs, FCR, and CSAT through automation and process refinement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and InfoSec teams.
- 4+ years in application packaging & deployment (SCCM/Intune).
- Strong hands-on experience with InstallShield, ORCA, Picture Taker, PowerShell, VBScript.
- Proven SCCM & Intune administration (imaging, patching, updates, profiles, autopilot).
- 3+ years in vulnerability management and patch lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS internals, Active Directory, WSUS, and endpoint management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ISO-aligned practices.
- Microsoft or vendor certifications (Intune, SCCM, Windows, Azure, ITIL) desirable (ideal).
- Experience with GenAI/automation tools and supporting UK/regulated clients (ideal).

- Seamless application packaging and deployment with minimal rework.
- Automated workflows reducing manual effort and errors.
- Reduced vulnerability backlog with clear SLAs.

- SLAs, compliance, and patch hygiene consistently met or exceeded.
- Clear evidence of initiative, process improvement, and outcome delivery.
