About the role
You will be making them responsible for consumer products, product marketing, and other related approvals. They will communicate directly with Japanese Licensors and with Licensees across the globe, and will be responsible for managing the approval process for products from inception to completion. You would handle low- to medium-profile IPs while supporting on AAA IPs. They would need to be able to lift up to 30 lbs as the position includes processing and mailing physical samples.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the approval workflow process to ensure timely and accurate completion of approvals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary approvals and resolve any discrepancies
- Review and analyze approval requests to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce approval cycle time
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement approval strategies and policies
- 2+ years of experience in an approvals management or related role
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures
- Experience with approval workflow software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
