A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM 

In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, achieving creative excellence across all eCommerce touchpoints is crucial. We are seeking a visionary Associate creative Director renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence and impact across Europe. 

Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness. As the Associate Creative Director, you will adeptly manage and inspire our talented creative team, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring the highest quality from initial concept through to execution and delivery. 

This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.   

As the Account Lead, you will motivate your direct team to excel in their roles and ensure effective communication up to the global level, aligning with overarching objectives. You implement and oversee best practice processes alongside your Project Director. 

WHAT IS REQUIRED:  

  • Experience in Beauty & Fashion a MUST  
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or a similar senior creative role within an agency or in-house creative team. 
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns across various media, including digital, print, and broadcast. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive creative excellence. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Oversee the initial and final stages of projects to ensure a collaborative working across teams on ideation, creation and implementation. 
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of translating complex ideas into compelling visual and written narratives. 
  • Proficient in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). 

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE: 

  • 10-15 years' experience in a creative management role
  • Confident in bringing own ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design & copy guidelines across a variety of artwork collateral. 
  • Strong client liaison with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships. 
  • Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workloads to manage client delivery whilst simultaneously influence clients with own ideas and conceptual creativity. 
  • Passionate about design & social media and understanding of the latest innovations in digital & social design.  
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service. 
  • Specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of graphic design and layout. 
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of social media platforms and their ad products: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.  
  • Experience in Ecom sectors. 
  • Proficiency in Spanish & English is required as we are a global business.
