About the Role:Are you passionate about building efficient, scalable operations that power business growth? As our Associate Director/Regional Manager of Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind streamlining and optimizing our operational processes. You’ll own the end-to-end operations workflow, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure seamless communication between our local teams and the Central team.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on making things work better, faster, and smarter—while building strong relationships across functions and geographies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of operational processes, from design to execution, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then lead initiatives to streamline and optimize workflows.
  • Act as the key liaison between local operations and the Central team, ensuring clear, proactive, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Finance, etc.) to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, analyze data, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Champion change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in operations management, process optimization, or business transformation—ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you love turning data into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across cultures and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence others, and deliver results.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
  • Familiarity with operational tools and data platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau) or a willingness to learn.

Location: Tokyo, Japan (Relocation support available)
