About the role 

For our dynamic Growth team in France (Paris), we’re looking for an Associate Influencer Marketing Manager to help accelerate our impact and support the scaling of our global strategy. 

As the channel owner, you will drive customer growth and brand building by continuously innovating and optimizing our influencer initiatives. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of the French influencer landscape and our customer insights to run targeted acquisition campaigns and strengthen the channel’s overall ROI. 

You will report directly to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager. 

What you will be doing 
  • Drive the execution of our influencer strategy with a strong focus on customer acquisition and performance. 
  • Manage high budgets and influencer collaborations end-to-end: 

○ Identify, select, and contact the right talents for our campaigns 

○ Negotiate and secure long-term partnerships with creators and agencies 

○ Build strong briefs and oversee flawless execution: set up clear activation plans, review and approve content, handle day-to-day communication with agencies and influencers 

  • Use data to guide decisions, continuously optimize collaborations, and build ROi driven strategies 
  • Challenge the current channel setup and proactively suggest strategic initiatives to strengthen ROI
  • Work with the Brand team to deliver impactful ad-hoc upper-funnel campaigns with top creators, celebrities, or special initiatives that go beyond performance. 
  • Take an active role within the French Growth team and collaborate cross-functionally to help reach broader group OKRs. 
What we are looking for 
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in the influencer industry (as an influencer marketing manager or agency), ideally with performance-oriented campaigns. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business strategy. 
  • You have a strong passion for influencer marketing and a solid understanding of the French influencer landscape and its trends. 
  • Proven experience managing large campaigns, big budgets, and high-level negotiations YouTube campaign experience is a strong plus. 
  • Data-driven mindset and good G-Suite skills. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Highly self-motivated with a hands-on, proactive approach. 
  • Requirement:Full proficiency in French and English.
