At Chewy, it is our mission to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners – vets and service providers – alike. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That’s why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers!

Our Opportunity: Chewy is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Associate Program Manager to join our Supply Chain Replenishment team. Our team is on a mission to build cutting-edge technology that optimally places inventory across Chewy's network, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting our customers' needs. In this role, you will support the development of key metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate the performance of our software. Additionally, you will be instrumental in onboarding vendors to our new platform and assisting with the rollout of new product features. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of supply chain technology at Chewy.   What You'll Do:
  • Build metrics and KPIs that allow us to monitor and evaluate the quality of Chewy’s buying systems
  • Assist in pulling data using SQL/Excel and other tools to support analysis and help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in executing inventory placement plans, ensuring products are positioned optimally within Chewy's fulfillment network
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, gathering information, and maintaining communication across departments
  • Support initiatives to develop sustainable, automated processes to increase efficiency across the supply chain
What You'll Need:
  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Programming, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience analyzing data, ideally in the supply chain space. Recent graduates with strong internship experience or a master’s will also be considered
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
This role is perfect for someone who is excited to build a career in supply chain management, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn and contribute to Chewy’s growth.
