About the role: 

We are seeking a creative and versatile Integrated Designer to join our London team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality visual solutions across a range of channels, with a primary focus on static design (digital and print). Experience with motion design is highly valued and will give you an edge, though it is not the main focus of this role.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Develop effective static design solutions across digital platforms (web, social, digital ads, email, presentations) and traditional print media (brochures, OOH, POS, press ads)
  • Take projects from concept to execution, ensuring creative consistency and high standards
  • Interpret briefs, visualise concepts, and contribute ideas in creative brainstorms
  • Collaborate with clients, artworkers, design leads and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns and brand assets
  • Support art direction, image selection, retouching, and typographic excellence
  • Apply brand guidelines and help develop/design supporting toolkits and templates
  • Create and prepare artwork for production (digital and print), ensuring all files are output-ready
  • Contribute to the evolution of our visual language and stay updated on design trends
  • (Advantageous) Create motion graphics for social, banners, or digital campaigns

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 3+ years experience in a design studio, agency or in-house creative team
  • Strong portfolio of static (digital & print) design work
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience taking briefs through to polished delivery
  • Understanding of digital best practice and artworking for print
  • Attention to detail, layout, colour, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills
