• Develop and enhance Entra ID as our central directory, responsible for authentication and user provisioning across our application portfolio.
• Automate and secure our infrastructure, fostering an environment of innovation, security and productivity
• Collaborate closely with security teams to guarantee compliance and maintain a robust and secure environment. 
• Standardize and consolidate our IAM landscape globally, optimizing technology use and reducing redundancies.
• Define technical standards and best practices, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and industry trends.
• Implement cutting-edge, secure solutions for the IAM area and mentor IAM engineers to elevate their skills.

Must Have Technical Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of scripting and working with APIs (Python, PowerShell, Graph API), and integration of IAM with DevOps practices (e.g. Github Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience in utilizing Azure services like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation, KQL & Log Analytics and Terraform to streamline and secure IT operations.
• Extensive experience in engineering with a strong background in IAM, including deep knowledge of authentication protocols and identity lifecycle management.
• Relevant certifications around Entra ID (either or SC-300, AZ-500, SC-100, CISSP).
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex IT projects, adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.

Must Have Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive IAM solutions and providing change management.
• 4+ years experience in an Enterprise with 10k+ employees or as an IAM consultant
• Strong team player, who loves to share knowledge, enable others, provide and receive feedback. 
• Proficient in engaging and communicating complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership capabilities, with experience guiding teams through significant technological changes.
