Your Mission- Customer Service at the Front Desk: You are the first point of contact for our customers. With your expertise, you provide competent advice on repairs, receive bicycles, and return them to customers.
- Communication with the Workshop Team: As the link between customers and the workshop, you ensure a smooth flow of information and explain technical details in an understandable way.
- E-Bike Diagnostics: With your trained eye, you quickly identify issues and can precisely communicate problems to the repair team.
- Support with Repairs: When needed, you assist in the workshop and support the team with repair and maintenance work.
- Parts Management: You keep track of our spare parts inventory and communicate ordering needs to the responsible colleagues.
- Customer Satisfaction: You have an open ear for our customers and actively ask if they are satisfied with our service. Your goal: happy customers!
- Experience: Have you worked on bicycles or e-bikes before? Great! Whether professionally or as a hobby - the main thing is that you know a bit about them. Experience in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields is wonderful, but not a must.
- Bicycle Enthusiast: You don't just enjoy riding bicycles and e-bikes, but you also find it exciting to learn how they work and how to repair them.
- Strong Communication: You can explain complex technical matters simply and clearly, and you enjoy engaging with people.
- Service Orientation: Customer service is in your blood. You work in a solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- Organizational Talent: You keep track of pending repairs and can set priorities sensibly.
- Language: You speak fluent English or German. If you can speak both - even better!
- Mobility: A Class B driver's license is nice to have.
