About the job

This position is needed to support the order management and billing function. In this role, you’ll work closely with Deal Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Sales to see orders through to invoicing.  

We are a fast growing company and are focused on building systems that scale. We are looking for a team player who is excited about building streamlined processes and energized by cross functional partnership. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation.
  • Respond to and provide resolutions for internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Review and validation of customer contracts across multiple systems to ensure accuracy of financial data in each system and to ensure accurate and timely provisioning of contracts prepared by analysts.
  • Participate in new process implementations, operational improvements, system enhancements, and, contributing from a subject matter expertise perspective.  
  • Assist with Payment Portal uploads.
  • Ensure customer entitlements are provisioned correctly per the signed agreements.
  • Gather and format large raw data sets to assist with customer billing reporting and queries.
  • Participate in month end close, including: Managing and tracking recurring billing and required approvals and tracking and application of customer credits.
  • Participate in external and internal audits as needed.

*Required:

  • 3+ years experience in a Billing Operations role 
  • Experience with ERP systems like Zuora and/or Salesforce is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in Excel 
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize various deliverables
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask throughout high volume order processing  
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently 
  • Collaborative working style and experience working cross-functionally 
  • Ability to participate in flexible timezone meetings periodically 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  

 

Desired:

  • Experience working in the SaaS/technology industry 
  • Experience working with an international team 

 

Location

This role will be Remote and based in Mexico City

 

Travel
