Why We Have This Role
We are thrilled to expand our Shared Services Center to Mexico. The Qualtrics Finance Shared Services Center (QFSS) is a pillar of the Finance organization and allows Qualtrics to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.
Qualtrics is looking for a Global Billing Manager to lead the migration of our current Billing Team to a Mexico based Shared Services Center, and to oversee the team post migration. This leader will be a partner to Qualtrics stakeholders across the globe such as Renewals, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Business Applications. Most importantly this leader will have a mindset of scale to allow our Shared Services Center, and the processes they execute, to keep up with the rapid growth at Qualtrics.
How You’ll Find Success
- Manage a team of Billing Specialists supporting all global Sales regions
- Guide the team in setting up new billing processes to match business needs
- Set and develop team members' short term and long term career goals
- Advise team on strong weekly, quarterly and yearly objectives and results
- Assist with complex/highly visible cases & escalations
- Optimize systems & processes for invoicing
- Monitor accuracy of billing activities, KPI’s and SLA’s
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other Finance teams and Sales teams within Qualtrics

Things You’ll Do
- Own and maintain dashboards (Tableau/Excel/PowerBI)
- Own the overall performance of Global Billing Team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training & enablement across sales, finance and HR topics
- Manage process migrations as needed,Gain alignment on process improvements across various teams
- Advise Qualtrics on best industry practices in the AR/Billing landscape
- Use data and analysis to identify opportunities to improve invoicing efficiencies, including monitoring and reporting dashboards that display business results
- Partner with product and tech to automate recurring processes to scale with the growth of the company
- Represent the needs of team members, make sure everyone has fun and builds an overall strong team mindset.
What We’re Looking For In Your Resume
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- 6+ years of experience in finance and shared services related functions
- 3+ years managing teams
- Proven track record of engaging teams and providing strong employee experience
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with teams in the US
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce, reporting tools and ticketing systems
- Adaptable, team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships
- Have mindset for scale, efficiency and growth
- Good communication and project management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Willingness to work a shift that covers mainly US hours
