Your work-life opportunity:

You will join a dynamic and fast-growing operations team. The Partner Ops Product and Excellence department are responsible for ensuring excellence in the performance of the hundreds of thousands of partners that collaborate each day with Glovo.

You will be directly responsible for improving the Partners’ experience across their whole journey, making them grow and improve user UX, from the data perspective. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, results-oriented, analytical, and passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship. The role would mean not only providing data and insights to guide the team to make the right decisions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Be responsible for the execution of the Onboarding process and Product Comms of Glovo’s Marketplace API
  • Liaise with other departments and streams to attend integrator requests
  • Contribute to a wide array of cross-functional projects with Tech, Product, Commercial and Operations.
  • Execute and audit integration requests impacting the most quality of life of the important Partners in Glovo.
  • Be the Point of Contact for queries related to integration activations
  • Monitor and improve incident resolution pipeline for integrated Partners
  • Support the Partner Ops team on local initiatives to work on improving key KPIs on integrated Partners

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing
  • No experience is required for this role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on
  • Proficient in Google tools skills (Google sheets)
  • Experience with API’s and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Good vibes and team player
