Role summary
We are seeking a Business Continuity & Incident Response Manager to join our Enterprise Risk and Resilience team. This global role is critical to enhancing Payoneer’s organizational resilience by driving both proactive business continuity planning and effective incident response. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in business continuity, crisis management, and incident response—particularly within fintech or regulated financial services environments.
This role will support the implementation and continuous improvement of our global Business Continuity Program while also helping the Director, Business Continuity Management with the end-to-end incident response lifecycle. The Manager will report to the Director of Business Continuity and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
What You’ll Do:
Business Continuity
- Support the strategy of Business Continuity in alignment with corporate strategy and business priorities
- Develop, maintain, and test business continuity plans (BCPs) across business units and geographies.
- Conduct business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery strategies.
- Drive the simplification and standardization of continuity processes and procedures to ensure consistent execution during disruptions across the holding company.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize critical services and vendors, ensuring continuity strategies are aligned with business needs.
- Work with the outsourcing and third-party risk teams to prioritize ICTs, OSPs and critical third-parties.
- Manage training and awareness initiatives to embed a culture of preparedness and resilience across the organization.
- Maintain regulatory developments (e.g., FFIEC, DORA) and ensure continuity plans remain compliant and effective.
- Support assessments, including mapping of critical business services and dependencies related to business continuity program in alignment with operational resilience
Incident Response
- Work directly with the Director, Business Continuity and stakeholders in the event of a crisis, incident or business continuity event to help manage response
- Help the Director, Business Continuity ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services, including follow-ups
- Help with the coordination of cross-functional response efforts during incidents, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate post-incident reviews to identify root causes, document lessons learned, and implement improvements to response protocols
- Work with the Director, Business Continuity Management develop and maintain structured governance frameworks for incident response, including escalation pathways and reporting mechanisms
- Help with the identification and Implementation of tools and dashboards to support real-time monitoring, reporting, and analysis of incidents and trends
- Prepare regular updates to leadership on incident trends, performance metrics, and organizational readiness
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure incident response strategies are integrated into broader risk and resilience efforts
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience in business continuity, incident management, crisis response, or operational risk within financial services or fintech
- Demonstrated experience managing governance, monitoring, reporting, and escalation processes for both continuity and incident response programs
- Strong understanding of global resilience frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., FFIEC, DORA)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations and influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical thinker with sound judgment and the ability to balance competing priorities in complex environments
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical and risk-related information for diverse audiences
- Certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, ITIL, or PMI are a plus

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. The annual base salary range for this position is: $120,000-$145,000
