Business Development Associate

We encourage our shoppers to interact with sellers throughout all stages of the transaction, including item inquiries, price negotiations and customization requests.
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help manage internal outreach tools and sign up new sellers to our platform. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing prospective sellers, helping to optimize outreach strategies, and driving subscription revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, capable of leveraging internal resources to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
What You Will Do:
- Support Business Development initiatives via seller outreach (phone and email) to convert from sourced leads to signed accounts
- Communicate and highlight membership options, account benefits, and platform advantages
- Create scalable outreach campaigns to target approved prospects
- Provide clear feedback to management on how to improve pitch materials or sales blockers to ensure sales targets are met
- Drive and maintain Sales satisfaction by providing excellent and timely service in all seller interactions
- Support various sales operations projects to ensure we are growing our seller partnerships and bringing their unique inventory to our buyers
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years account mgmt experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner
- Showcase the ability to influence and educate our Seller community
- Strong time management and organization skills and the ability to prioritize
- Experience with SalesForce and/or other CRM systems
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs
