A Taste of What to ExpectGrow existing customers and close new deals, mostly through inbound leads
Develop and leverage your knowledge of the confectionary industry to align brands, manufacturers and retailers to position ChoViva within their existing product portfolio
Manage key stakeholders and guide customers through the process of developing a new product all the way to positioning it in retail
Support our customers in integrating ChoViva into their product portfolios, and increase order volumes with existing clients
Represent Planet A Foods in physical events as well as online channels to increase brand awareness and grow our seat at the table
Contribute to our professionalization through setting best practice processes and new standards
Scale ChoViva across the EU and revolutionize the chocolate industry
Core Ingredients:
You have at least two years of B2B sales experience with a strong ability to navigate complex sales processes and convince new prospects as well as existing customers
You combine high reliability and great empathy to be a strong anchor for our customers, always working towards their best interests and supporting them in achieving their goals
You’re a great communicator and team player, you’ve experienced the pitfalls of human communication and have developed different approaches to working with a variety of people and situations
You’re highly structured in your sales approach, using your customer understanding to develop individual stakeholder management strategies for each account
You’re a fast learner, soaking up knowledge about producers and retailers and implementing and iterating action plans in quick fashion
You’re fluent in German and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication
Icing on The Cake:
Experience in the Chocolate Industry, Food Ingredient Supply for Chocolate Industry or Confectionary Industry is a big plus, but combining great sales experience with fast learning about the industry can get you there too
