Position Overview

Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights that drive impactful decisions? At Showpad, we’re seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Amazon QuickSight to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy through data-driven solutions while contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our GTM teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build Dynamic Dashboards: Create and maintain engaging Amazon QuickSight dashboards that highlight critical business metrics.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Analyze GTM data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that guide strategic decisions.
  • Design Data Models & Visualizations: Develop robust data models to support reporting and align with organizational goals.
  • Enhance Reporting Excellence: Produce accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly scorecards for leadership teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure reporting meets diverse business needs.
  • Maintain BI Platforms: Administer and improve BI tools like QuickSight to ensure scalability and usability.
  • Drive Impactful Presentations: Create compelling visuals and narratives to advance stakeholder understanding and drive strategy.
  • Enable GTM Teams: Train teams on BI tools to foster a data-driven culture and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Support Operations: Standardize reports and analysis packages to provide actionable insights to field teams.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc Analyses: Conduct deep-dives to uncover hidden opportunities and address critical business challenges.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2-3 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with expertise in Amazon QuickSight.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, visualization, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for analysis.
  • Required Tools Experience: AWS QuickSight, AWS Athena, GitLab.
  • Preferred Tools Experience: Fivetran and familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A detail-oriented mindset with a knack for addressing complex business challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with GTM operations or sales enablement is highly desirable.
