The Challenge 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Order Operations Analyst to join our Order Management Team. This role will serve as the primary resource for sales teams regarding all aspects of Order Management. The Order Operations Analyst will also be responsible for comprehending and operationalizing OneTrust’s order-to-bill process. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Order Management and requires close coordination with the Sales, Systems, Billing, and Legal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Mission 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary resource for Sales teams, addressing complex challenges throughout the Order Management life cycle.
  • Educate Sales teams on process changes, policies, and best practices to enhance performance and enable them to focus on core sales activities.
  • Ensure accuracy of Sales and contract data in CRM and other systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reconcile downstream processes and reporting.
  • Work with Billing & Collections to facilitate post-sales contract modifications, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
  • Provide valuable insights through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive system enhancements that refine customer contracting workflows and optimize the Quote-to-Cash process.
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment and frequently adjust to new business processes.
  • Understand end-to-end processes across the Sales organization and serve as an expert on the roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams, leading to faster issue resolution.
  • Mentor and coach team members, assisting with onboarding, day-to-day training, and collaborative problem-solving in Order Management.
  • Analyze recurring issues to identify opportunities for enhancing overall Order Management processes and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to going above and beyond in supporting our Sales teams and clients.
  • Exhibit flexibility to transition into different support roles within the team as business needs evolve.
You Are 

This position demands an appreciation for a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. It is crucial to be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks based on their significance to the team. A strong understanding of the importance of supporting our Sales Team is essential, enabling them to concentrate on their primary function of generating business.

Your Experience Includes

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Order Management, Billing, Collections, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS business model.
  • Experience with Quote to Cash, CPQ, and Order Management Systems.
Extra Awesome
  • Experience in reading and interpreting revenue contracts and business terms and conditions.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, document, and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash business rules and process flows.
  • Experience in running reports and ensuring data integrity in SFDC or other database systems.
  • Understanding of basic Revenue Recognition principles.
