✅The Team

We're looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to support the Operational and Process Excellence Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the efficiency of our Brand and Content Protection business and deliver excellence consistently across the business unit, identifying opportunities, and driving focus on continuous improvement. 

You will prioritize the tranches of target processes and be hands-on in the analysis, identification and delivery of solutions and processes that require minimal / no new technology intervention. 

Always with the principal that Operational Excellence is about people. It is people that execute on the processes we create, and it is people that we enable with those processes.

 

 

✅What this job involves:

  • Supporting the Operational and Process Excellence lead in mapping, documenting, and re-designing Brand and Content Protection operational processes to improve repeatability, quality and enable horizontal scaling of those teams.
  • Optimizing the processes we’ve created to increase value and quality, with a view to Continuous Improvement.
  • Delivery of regular process releases, and progress status reports
  • Help define human-centric metrics/KPIs so we can baseline and measure our client service, enabling data-driven-decisions.
  • Define metrics/KPIs that motivate the right behaviors in us, that mean something to us, and that drive quality experiences that our clients can feel.

 

✅What you need to have:

  • Creation and delivery of project lifecycle / delivery processes.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of multiple methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma 
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified
  • Experience running As-Is and To-Be process modelling workshops.
  • Ideally experience working across geographies/ teams both in person and remotely.
  • Experience of working within a process and data driven environment.
  • Ideally trained and qualified in business analysis or related.
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify and solve difficult business problems – with strong business acumen
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Positive, passionate, high-energy. Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-change environment with autonomy. Able to handle ambiguity.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others through good people management skills
  • Ability to travel as required
