THE ROLE
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (HRSD) to join our newly formed HR Technology, PMO & Analytics organization. This group is redefining how we plan, deliver, and measure the impact of HR programs across the business.
In this role, you’ll own and optimize our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform , enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient employee experiences. You’ll partner closely with Project Managers, other BSAs, Program Managers, and Analysts to deliver impactful technology and process solutions that support HR’s transformation journey.
This is an incredible opportunity to help shape how Pure’s HR organization works, influencing the way we execute projects, drive adoption, and deliver value to our global workforce.
WHY JOIN THE HR TECHNOLOGY, PMO & ANALYTICS TEAM
Our team is at the center of transforming how HR operates at Pure. We bring together experts in technology, project management, and analytics to design smarter systems, streamline operations, and deliver meaningful insights. As part of this innovative group, you’ll have the chance to build scalable solutions, collaborate across global functions, and shape the tools and processes that define the future of HR at Pure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the HRSD Platform: Serve as the HR system administrator and subject matter expert for ServiceNow HRSD, overseeing day-to-day functionality, configuration, and support.
- Drive the Roadmap: Partner with IT and HR leadership to shape and execute the HRSD technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and measurable business outcomes.
- Expand Beyond ServiceNow: Over time, take ownership of additional HR technologies as our digital ecosystem grows — helping to design, implement, and integrate tools that enable a seamless employee experience.
- Deliver Enhancements: Translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Collaborate with IT Product Owners to define requirements, manage testing (UAT), and lead smooth rollouts.
- Enable Adoption: Champion new capabilities by training HR users, communicating updates clearly, and promoting best practices that keep configurations close to out-of-the-box standards.
- Measure Impact: Develop and automate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics like lead time, cycle time, and case resolution. Provide self-service tools that empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Collaborate & Advise: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Operations and IT, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and simplification.
- Shape the Future: Partner with peers across HR Technology, PMO, and Analytics to design new ways of working that increase efficiency, alignment, and data-driven decision-making.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
