The Challenge:

As a Campaign Coordinator for the Greek market, your focus will be on coordinating and executing campaign activities to the highest standard. You must have a keen eye for detail, a passion for business, excellent organization, and time management skills, combined with a strong desire to learn.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  • Setting up and executing send-outs of emails, SMS, Onsite messages (OMS), and other content types in collaboration with Copywriters and Designers.
  • Pulling and organizing segmentation lists to prepare for the execution of Email, SMS, and OMS content.
  • Working with Content Management Systems to set up site campaigns on desktop and mobile.
  • Compiling and raising creative design briefs to designers.
  • Setting up and reporting on A/B tests for Email, SMS, and OMS send-outs.
  • Designing and executing campaigns and bonus pay-outs.
  • Continuously evaluating and reporting on email, SMS, and OMS send-outs.
  • Configuring campaign setups via the in-house built system Campaign Tool and striving to become an expert on its optimal usage.
  • Suggesting new ways of using Campaign Tool creatively with stakeholders to create more effective campaigns and CRM activities.
  • Executing shared content tasks across brands when needed.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
  • Updating and documenting all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) through our growing library of content.

You're good at:

  • Native level written and spoken Greek
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • 1 year of iGaming or digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excitement to learn from those around you and contribute to a successful team.
  • Self-motivation and ambition.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Extra awesome:

  • Knowledge of digital copywriting techniques and content creation.
  • HTML and Excel knowledge.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools (Marketing Cloud/ET).
  • Understanding of the iGaming environment.
  • Experience producing detailed briefs.
  • Interest in e-commerce and new online advertising trends and techniques.
