Create training programs and new processes that empower the team to handle complex issues and high-touch interactions that AI cannot.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Develop and execute a strategy to elevate the candidate journey in close partnership with the recruiters. This includes designing and monitoring feedback loops, implementing new communication protocols, and ensuring a seamless, human-centered experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Process Excellence & Scalability: Partner with TA leadership to design and implement scalable, data-driven processes in coordination and candidate experience that support company growth. You will be responsible for defining key metrics, monitoring performance, and using data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive process improvement.
  • Preferred:
