THE JOURNEY:

As a Category Management Specialist, your mission is to enhance our customers' shopping experience by meticulously categorizing and sorting our product assortment. You will dive deep into sales data to drive product success, define and implement robust processes for content integration, and ensure the flawless execution of our content strategy. Your work will directly impact our ability to offer an intuitive and delightful shopping experience, making every product find a journey worth taking.

 

YOUR MISSION:
  • Be responsible for offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs.
  • Analyze sales data to monitor product performance, identify gaps, and make compelling recommendations for product assortment to our top partners.
  • Defining scalable and reliable processes for content integration with top partners.
  • Develop, implement, and track processes to guarantee content strategy execution.
  • Promotions management and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Engage with regional and local teams to implement the global strategy.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Category Management or a similar role
  • Experience in the Retail/Groceries sector is a plus.
  • “Hands-on” mindset
  • Strong analytical skills, willing to test and solve problems based on data
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus
