• Build Relationships: Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to keep your category competitive and growing.

• Spot Opportunities: Research new vendors and track product trends to expand our range and boost sales.

• Own Projects: Lead initiatives from pricing strategies to promotional campaigns.

• Analyse & Optimise: Use data and web analytics tools to monitor category performance and identify improvements.

• Strategise & Scale: Support the rollout of growth plans in partnership with merchandising, marketing, and operations.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you thrive in team settings.

• A proactive, can-do mindset — quick to learn, eager to take initiative.

• An eye for detail and confidence working independently.

• Interest in eCommerce, retail, or home & lifestyle products.

• An interest in strategy and analytics, with a commercially minded approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable with Excel and a curiosity for working with data.
