Your work-life opportunity:
In the context of “giving users easy access to anything in their city”, Q-commerce is the business unit that covers 3 verticals: Groceries, Retail and Micro Fulfillment Centers (our own fulfillment channel). We aim to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game, to sending a gift... to filling up their fridge.
As an intern Category Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience for our customers leading the implementation of the right assortment, categorization, content, pricing, and promotion strategies to win the convenience baskets.
As a part of the team, you will:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of category management, including updating product listings and ensuring accurate information in our systems.
- Help organize and categorize products based on user needs, contributing to an optimized shopping experience.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of product assortments, pricing, and promotions.
- Support the team in monitoring and analyzing category performance, preparing basic reports as needed.
- Review discrepancies between invoices and negotiated costs with suppliers, follow up with suppliers to resolve these issues, and track the resolution process.
- A keen interest in e-commerce, retail, or on-demand services.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of category management or operations is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
