Role:  Client Success Director 

Location:  Amsterdam, Netherlands

 

About the role: 

In this growth focused role; you will identify and develop new opportunities to grow the  business, and partner with specialist companies in the group to meet and anticipate client needs. You will be a strategic business partner, with a deep understanding of driving performance across the marketing ecosystem and an innovative thinker who will embrace market leading Gen AI solutions . 

This role is ideally suited to a very strategic thinker who also loves rolling up their sleeves; with proven new business experience, someone who loves partnering at a high-level with existing CMO level clients, as well as chasing and closing new opportunities.  You will have had similar experience in leading group companies as the single POC and have strong influencing skills and a collaborative mindset.  

What you will be doing: 

Business Growth 

  • Reveunue responsibility  based on client-specific growth and new business targets. 
  • Contributing to a positive, meaningful, high-performance working culture  
  • Designing and selling creative and digital solutions that include a range of services including online and offline creative and design, campaigns, social media, digital, e-commerce services, influncer, POSM  marketing technology Gen AI solutions 
  • Developing retention strategies in the form of growth and increased scopes of work 
  • Compiling and analysing sales and revenue figures and using data to inform strategy 
  • Keeping up to date with general business trends, relevant products and propositions and our competitors' capabilities.  

Client Partnership 

  • Lead client relationships , world class creative work , and business solutions 
  • Sharing and demonstrating best-practice across client management,  
  • Keeping very close to client needs, understanding satisfaction levels and their perception of us  
  • Working with Studio teams to develop and improve the services that clients want and need.   

Leadership 

  • Expected to have experience leading and motivating teams through rapid change and fast growth. 
  • Successful candidate needs to be  fast paced, but considered with their  thinking to ensure they lead with empathy. 
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing leadership role.  
  • Confidence and the ability to learn on the job and input into the future of the business 
  • Hunger, resilience and intelligence  
  • Ambition and drive to win with high energy levels 
  • Commercially astute, with good business acumen, with proven track record of successfully managing P&L’s. 
  • Strong project management and time management skills 
  • Confident working on own initiative, but smart enough to ask for other’s opinion and approach 
  • First class communication skills 
  • Excellent relationship building skills 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. Self-motivated  
  • Fluent in English and Dutch  
  • A passion for or experience within the food and drinks category
