Your RoleWe’re looking for a Close and Consolidations Manager to join our finance team.
This role is responsible for:
- Collaborating with regional controllers to manage accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
- Focusing on intercompany transactions, consolidations, and maintaining the Chart of Accounts (CoA).
- Close collaboration with various finance and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity in financial reporting, and streamlined ERP processes.
We’re considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska and require 3 or 4 days in-office per week.
Must-Haves- Accounting degree. Your coursework has given you a great understanding of the ins and outs of a business and how a company’s financials are prepared.
- Professional experience. 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial close and consolidations with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Systems familiarity. You've used Workday Finance, NetSuite and Oracle before.
- International experience. You have foreign currency experience.
- CPA license. You have obtained your CPA certification which complements your professional and educational experience.
- Relevant experience. Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and intercompany accounting as well as internal controls..
- Detail-oriented. You have exceptional time management skills that allow you to meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment working with multiple stakeholders on various projects, each with their own varying challenges.

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award. Any bonuses awarded are based on individual and company performance paid at Hudl's discretion.
